There are currently many CAE software and it is well recognized that modeling using computer can help for analyzing, testing, optimizing and predicting something we expect. Capabilities of the software are now quite high and the users need to know how to use such tools. But it is not easy to use those appropriately in many practical cases since the users also need some basic knowledge regarding not only experimental setup but also simulation and its know-how for obtaining useful output.
ATHENASYS can help users with our experiences for widespread applications as a processing medium for surface modification, such as chemical vapor deposition (CVD), plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD), and dry etching .

A bit about "Athena". Athena is knows as a goddess in Greek mythology. She also would come to be known as the goddess as philosophy. Athena was a daughter of Metis, wisdom or knowledge. Athena is frequently depicted with an owl perched on her head or sitting on one of her shoulders. It is believed that Athena was either an owl herself or a bird goddess in general.
